Trendy India is a general online store offering a wide range of products including fashion, home décor, lifestyle, and everyday essentials – all at affordable prices.

🚚 2. Do you deliver across India?

Yes! We deliver to all major cities and towns in India. Delivery to remote locations may take a little longer.

⏱️ 3. How long does delivery take?

  • Metro Cities: 3–5 business days

  • Other Locations: 5–8 business days

  • Remote Areas: 7–10 business days

(Delays may occur due to unforeseen courier or weather issues.)

💳 4. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept:
✔️ UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, etc.)
✔️ Debit & Credit Cards
✔️ Net Banking
✔️ Cash on Delivery (COD) with a small fee

📦 5. Do you offer free shipping?

Yes ✅ Free shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹999.
Orders below ₹999 may have a small delivery fee (₹49–₹99).

🔄 6. Can I return or exchange a product?

Yes. If the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect, you can request a return/exchange within 7 days of delivery. Please contact our support team with proof (images/videos).

💰 7. How will I get my refund?

Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after approval. COD refunds are provided via bank transfer/UPI.

🔎 8. How do I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email/SMS. You can track your package in real-time.
